If we could only sit still and troubles won't find us. 

If we could only hold our breaths and problems will go away.

If only we could just be with no pain nor sorrow.

If only it's possible.

But it's not.

Suffering is living. There is no life without suffering. There is no day without night.

So be it. And live. And suffer. Knowing that you are truly living.
