Uncomfortable


There are things that we feel compelled to do, or have to do, or should do that feel very very uncomfortable. It's uncomfortable even thinking about doing those thing, let alone actually forcing ourselves to do those. 

And since how uncomfortable those make us feel, we try hard to avoid or delay the action knowing we will have to do the things anyway. The longer we wait, the worse it might be. 

Some of us even try to close our eyes and look away hoping to get through the situation without doing anything. Not a great idea.

Taking on the uncomfortable is the only pathway to grow, to move forward, to become better.

Most of the time, the uncomfortable is also the right thing.
