Know our place before we voice our opinion

A thought-provoking article written by Malcolm Gladwell was shared in Adam Grant this month's GRANTED newsletter that I really appreciate.

In this article, Gladwell laid out the insiders and outsiders of a specific field of knowledge or industry. 

As insiders, we have what it takes to form a meaningful and useful opinion towards what's happening. 

As outsiders, we'd better be careful.
