Is "like shit" a feeling?


Somedays just getting out of bed feels like a whole lot of effort. Your body aches. Your head is heavy. Your energy level is down to zero. You just don't feel like doing anything or yourself anymore.

And you're gonna be glad you have days like this. Cause you are reminded that it's time to slow down. It's time to breathe, feel your surroundings, smell the air, wait, and realize that the world is still revolving with or without you and that you can just focus on yourself, for a while at the very least.

Yes, feeling like shit is a thing.
